Keri Wade, a teacher at Gorham Middle & High School has a deep passion for the life sciences, which gets her students excited to learn. Because of this, it’s no surprise that Keri was nominated for our 2020 Teachers Who Wow contest by one of her former students.

According to her nominator, “Keri Wade leverages both her sense of humor and her creative thinking to implement innovative ideas into her lessons and makes challenging subject matter more digestible – and entertaining – for students. There was never a day that I walked into her classroom where her energy and bright smile did not instantly improve my mood; Keri Wade’s enthusiasm is contagious. When you are in her classroom, true learning comes to life.”
