Ok, you’ve heard of an urban jungle, but have you heard of a suburban fort?

It’s a lot easier than you think, and probably a lot more fun, you really only need a few things to get started and then you’re off to the races!

Step one: Pick a room to set up camp, ideally a larger room that doesn’t have many things that could interfere with the fun like small tables to bump into or breakables, as forts are known to induce high levels of fun.

Step two: Procure a couple of sheets and some furniture to use as walls and support columns for the stronghold.

Step three: Once you’ve got the footprint in place spread the sheets over for the roof and then start to brainstorm about how to set up the living space with key necessities like pillows, blankets, sleeping bags even a TV if you think you can make it happen.

Step four: Last, but most importantly don’t forget to supply the new fort with plenty of provisions because there’s no telling how long this siege will last!
