Ryker Collects Items for Local Pets

6-year-old Ryker of Hinsdale, NH was nominated for his exceptional dedication and selflessness for humans and furry friends alike. Ryker started the “Pawsome Box Adventure” to ensure that all pets at humane societies and rescues have ample toys, treats, collars, leashes, and anything else the animals would enjoy. Having started this project in October of 2019, he’s already run several fundraisers and sent out over 120 boxes! Ryker doesn’t stop there either – he spends the rest of his free time sending homemade cards to local nursing homes to bring a smile to the residents during this challenging time, as well as thank you cards to all the employees at the local hospital. Ryker has gone above and beyond to bring a little kindness to everyone he meets, and we can’t wait to see what else he accomplishes.
