Smoked Paprika Hummus Recipe

Hummus is a delicious healthy snack option. Here is a quick and easy smoked paprika hummus recipe that’s sure to satisfy your hunger.

Ingredients:

  • 1 15oz can of chickpeas/garbanzo beans
  • ½ cup of Tahini
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
  • 1 large clove of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Add chickpeas and garlic to a food processor and pulse for about 10 seconds.
  2. Add Tahini, paprika, olive oil, lemon juice and salt to the mixture and blend.
  3. After adding hummus to a bowl, you can sprinkle some extra paprika on top for presentation
  4. Serve with your favorite veggies, pita or naan. Enjoy!
